Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, great gardens and super pool.
Yes there are restaurants all along the street that the hotel is on. The hotel food is good too, and not that expensive, try the restaurant opposite 'Papillion', has cheese souffle, yum yum.
Not much shopping, it's not Kuta, markets at one end of street that hotel is on and a few dvd' shops.
Tanjung Benoa is great for water sports if you are into that.
You do know that it is timeshare? I have stayed a number of times and hope to be back August...waitlisted for an exchange.
