interesting report about importing - also found same thing, have been importing as hobby by air for many years (to pay for holidays) had a go at a container last year but also found some thing with prices and reason.
Also with the proliferation of markets back home and similiar items in more shops and coming in from other countries, its harder to sell as quick as in the good old market days - so made the same decision to look for new products else where
had a friend going over begining of this year but couldn't resist so gave him a small shopping list to top up some of the better lines from container - but he found prices where over what I thought where generous maximums and they wheren't very interested in lowering prices for quantity - so only ended up with one box not part of a container this time
hopefully this is just part of the swings and round abouts with products I import so I am sure the lure of Bali will drag me back soon
