I went to Rudy in October 2005 and had two crowns and a root canal treatment done for [at the then current exchange rate] just under AU$600. The overall treatment included a series of X-Rays, full examination and temporary crowns for the 6 days I waited for the permanent ones.
Perhaps I was fortunate, but Rudy had already been recommended to me by a well known Forumite, who is generally well respected for his knowledge of Bali and balanced, well informed opinions.
Since then, some Forumites known to me through BTF and also some who are personal friends have been to Rudy and are satisfied with every aspect of his clinic, prices and services.
I was talking to another well known Forumite a few days ago and she told me that she preferred to see her own dentist in Australia. She got no argument or criticism from me on that, after all we are all free to make our own decisions, aren't we?
