Rooms at Airport

Hello everyone,I posted a message a while ago and can't find it now.
So here goes again...Do you have to be travelling 1st or Business class to use these rooms. WE only travel economy class AND is it really worth it , we don't leave Bali this time at 11.20PM. Thanks for the info .
