Hi kimac, Conrad will upgrade at a cost and on availability. I am not sure about the cost but I think your agent could be right. The garden rooms are beautiful and I would not bother upgrading as it really is not worth the money unless you have got a lot of it. If anything maybe pay a little extra for a ocean view.
