Ketuts in Legian (first lane on your right entering jalan Sahadewa from Jalan Melasti) and Nyomen (shop 111 in Kuta Art markets) and Tootsies and Jenis (shop 28 and 29 in Sindhu beach markets, turn left after coming out of Bonsai cafe at the beach and walk 50 meters or so turning into a row of market shops and they are down the back right) they are all fixed price.
Once you know then you can shop with ease elsewhere.
