I was one of the passengers who had a cancelled flight on Saturday night.
WE WERE informed and looked after pretty damn well. A night at the Patra or Ramada was lovely, the money paid for a good (room service)
dinner and some wine, the breakfast was umpteen times superior than what I had for 2 weeks, and the afternoon flight rather than a midnight one was definitely appreciated.
Whilst I fully understand the frustration and upset some had who needed to get back to families or work, I did not hear one passenger seriously complain.
Jetstar in Bali did a bloody good job.
