Hey Dennis, if Jet* are out to 'undermine Qantas' as you say then it is up to Qantas to sort it out, not dennisc on the BTF. Your posts about J* will not change a thing as I dont expect they read the forum.
If people dont fly with them due to customer service they will go bust and if they go bust its their own fault, pretty simple really but I hope not as we need competition. I think we are all waiting to see how they go after June when all the cheap seats have finished and there are less people travelling.
Now, we all know you hate them but I think its time to let go. Now go and lie down, get comfortable, take a big breath, breathe out slowly, repeat after me 'no more posts bagging Jet*, continue breathing deeply, say it again and again, its OK, LET IT GO!!! ... LOL
