Which Hotel for Married Couple 50+

Please give me your recomendations for a hotel either 4 or 5 star for a married couple of 50+. We like shoping nice restraunts markets etc.
Also hotel must have some evening entertainment.
We were thinking of the Dynasty Beach Resort but some of the reviews hint of lots of children runing around all the time and I have this with my Grand Kids and much as I love them I dont want it on holiday.
