It is raspberry juice or raspberry cordial with ACTUAL raspberry juice that you are looking for. And, according to Charles Sturt University (CSU), it needs to be at least 35% pure. You can google "raspberry juice" to find an ABC Radio interview with the academic who conducted the trial. Please be aware that most raspberry cordials do not contain any raspberry juice, they are just raspberry flavoured with red colouring. Red colouring does not protect you against bali belly and will only keep your kids up all night! I found 100% raspberry juice at my local (Canberra) health food store for $7.95 per 300mls. Take care, Luke.
