Before talking about the highlights of our trip want to mention that before leaving for bali I should have got contact details for "Koko the driver" from the forum & googled "Bike Baik Cycling Tour" to find them cause when trying to book from legion no booking service person was able to track down this for us.
(We ended up back on the internet cafe and tracked everything down in the end.)
OK. Highlights were:
* Jayakarta Hotel - Legion, Bali - spent 10 days in a superior pool view room ($70 per night incl. breakfast) - I'd stay here again for the pools & being close to the beach & great location. - work colleague recommended this.
*** KOKO - a friendly driver who spoke English well - a day of touring ending up in Ubud. - Found recommendation from post in Bali Travel Forum
**** BIKE BAIK - A off the beaten track bike tour through the bali countryside - Found recommendation from post in Bali Travel Forum
* Elephant Safari Park (at Taro) - work colleague recommended this.
*** my wife had a great afternoon at the Ritz Carlton south of Jimbaran Bay at the spa. - Found recommendation from post in Bali Travel Forum
