as you go through the last immigration check, there is a stand advertising the lounge, usually manned but not always. They will offer it to you at a price and then you can barter. Then when price agreed they take you to the lounge, carrying your carry-on luggage for you. If the stand isn't manned you walk on through going towards the left. Eventually you come to an escalator going down, a young lady is usually standing there and you can ask how much to go into lounge. Once price agreed you go on down into the lounge.
This could be the same one you are mentioning, I don't know. Depending on your gate number for departure you may have a long walk or a short walk from this lounge.
