We've just got back from Bali last week and my 2 daughters with extremely long hair got their hair braided twice(75,000rp ea probably paid too much but they have waist length hair). We decided to have it done at the Discovery shopping centre because it was handy whilst shopping and air conditioned. The place is called Suka Suka on the top floor next to the Intencity Game Zone, the noise from the machines did get a bit annoying after a while though. Whilst my girls were having their hair done, I had the reflexology (60,000rp for the hour). Discovery shopping centre is opposite Waterbom park. The first braid was done with foils, the second was done with rubber band and my girls personally feel the foils was better. One week on and the braids are still in, hope this helps and have a great trip!
