i think that is a good question we have been 8 times never giving tip but have giving gift of money at end of our stay to the ones that put in extra effort at the resort normaly around $50 aussie but we stay 3 weeks at a tme. but its the same as shopping in bali if you find shop keepers that give you good deal and dont try to rip you off we always go back and buy more of them. hope this helps you
