I havent been in this situation as I have never stayed in a villa with an included driver, but my feelings on this are that you should tip the driver at the end of the stay, not each time you use him.
He will be paid a wage by the villa so will not be relying on the tip money to make a profit and if your stay is about a week, (lucky thing !!!) I would imagine that would be fine by him as well...
As to how much, NAFC !!!!
We can all afford different amounts, but I would give him whatever I felt I would have spent on tips for the amount of time and the trips that were done by him. I would give this to him personally, and in one "lump".
