From Kuta, probably rp80,000-rp100,000 one way taxi to get to Dreamland. Taxi prices have gone up quite a bit in the last couple of years.
The main road that runs north/south right down the middle of the bukit is called Jalan Uluwatu. The access to dreamland is off of Jalan Uluwatu right in the middle of the bukit.
Access is through a huge resort that is in the process of being built.
easy to find now because part of the resort is a golf course/villa called Hole 17 or 17th Hole and there are banner/signs marking the entrance, so just turn off jalan uluwatu (turn right).
More cost effective to hire a driver/car for and make a full day of it.. that way you can not only visit Dreamland but also visit all the bukit beaches, Uluwatu temple (some evenings there is a cool Kecak dance performance at Uluwatu temple around sundown).
There are some good restaurants/cafes in the bukit.
