Bali Brumby question please?

I have done a search and seen that Bali Brumby is good for getting shoes made.

I got a pair of sandles in Bali in 1999, i still wear them and want another pair made, but they don't sell them in Matahari from what I can see from last trip. So, my question's are

1 - can they make them from a picture taken?

2 - if yes to above, do they have email to send to or should I get a print of the pic here?

3 - or should I just take one of the shoes with me? (I wont be wearing them over there)

I saw lots of good places for shoes to be made, but this place is close to where I am staying so would be easier...
