I would choose Uluwatu.
Reason being, the setting doesnt change.
Its always interesting to see the monkeys (but take care and listen to the advice offered by the guides etc) the view is always wonderful. Do the kecak at sunset too. (The fire dance). Exciting for the children to watch too.
I love Tanah Lot, but the temple is very different from high tide to low tide. I have visited there maybe 8 or so times and only once seen the tide out thus walked to the actual temple and received my blessing from the temple 'priests'.
