Have you tried Bali Carpenter- www.balicarpenter.com They have a huge range and I am pretty sure they will build to spec. They will also ship for you. I can pretty much gaurantee that even with shipping and the associated costs it will be cheaper than getting in Oz. I am there in a couple of weeks if you want me to check for you just send size and materials etc and I can get a price for you.
