we took our then 6 mth old and 3 yr old 2 years ago and will return in june with them in tow for 6 weeks *ah heaven!*... they will be 2.5yrs and 5 years old :-)
I totally agree with the aquim waterless hand santitiser- total blessing.
Also last time (and we plan to this time) is take our own suppler of water sipper bottles... you know- like Pump, H2go (not sure what you call them in aussieland LOL) The little 500ml ones are great as you can refill them and the kids can take them everywhere and it is VITALLY important that you get the kids to drink lots of water or they will just fade in the heat.
Some comfy, well worn sandals are great too so they don't get blisters and something comforting from home to sleep with at night... maybe a light small blanket.
I might be over kill but I also take some of their favourite snack foods from home... boxes of raisins, mini chippy bags, crackers and bicky packets- just quick snacks you can take with you when you take them out. Saves trying to hunt down food they like immediately and sometimes kids like the familiar :-)

best of luck and hope you guys have a great time... my 5 year old is absolutely rapt to be going back- he had a fantastic time there last time :-)
