Tegal Sari...booking Direct

Read through the archives, I see you all say its no probs going through the hotel direct, but same as alot in the archives , i keep getting thwt ABL traval or something, even though I am on the Tegal Sari site..can anyone Merrilau or someone give me the real direct email address...Thanks Nessie
