The waterless antibacterial hand wash. That would be my one essential item. we took our 2 kids over when they were 4 and 6 months and we used that constantly throughout the day. i would get our 4 year old to use it after the loo instead of washing her hands in water and before eating.
Another tip, not so much what to take, but something i found useful is that i was worried about them not getting bath/shower water in their mouths so i would stand them on a towel and wash them down with soap and a wet flannel (use bottled water first for their faces) and then again with just a wet flannel. and to wash their hair i would get the chair from the room and put it next to the bath. they then lie backwards like at the hairdresser. saves trying to get little kids to close their mouths. At lot more effort but they didnt get sick once so i felt it was worth it. Have a great trip!!
