Our 3 kids and my hubby all got sick with bad ear infections when we swam in Bali, was not fun. We ended up at BIMC and the Dr there told us using aquaear would probably have avoided it. So now I wouldn't swim without it, just a couple of drops in each ear after swimming, buy at the Chemist at home before leaving.
