The Dentist is Dr M Maaruf Atmaja phone 0361-8475179, No: 55 Br Semer, Kerobokan, Kuta Utara - up Seminyak way - Kerry at the Indo National restaurant has also had work done by him. I also have been going to a Periodontist - probably spent around $5000 so far - will certainly be looking at the Dr Maaruf myself next time!
