I stayed at Sienna last month for the second time and really loved the 3-bedroom villas. Claire is the manager and is a great help to her guests. You should email her for a rate for 2 bedroom, which will be lower than the rate quoted on their website and you will be within your budget. I know that she has made a pool safetly fence to fit one of the villas, so it makes it suitable for young toddlers, so make sure that you ask if this villa is available. They will just close off one of the bedrooms and that way the rate is lower than if you use all 3. They are really well located and recently renovated. I am a bit of a fussy traveller, so don't want to put up with bad plumbing etc etc.
All bedrooms are upstairs, so you might need to check if your folks are ok with a flight of steps to get them to bed! Very well lit on the stair well, so that's not a problem.
