Three of the better restaurants(for a westerner) in "Denparsa" are Hong Kong, Ozigo and Bali Bakery. Hong Kong is near the markets at the end of Jalan Sulawesi.
Bali Bakery is hidden along the back streets.
Ozigo is on the main road to Sanur.
