We tried the Ayurveda massage at Melasti Beach Resort Spa in Legian. It included the Shirodara (oil over the third eye). The total treatment was a massage, body scrub and Shirodara and took over 90 minutes. We had to fill out a questionairre so that the appropriate combination of oils and scrubs were used to achieve a balance in our body and soul! Totally bliss! Niice touch was that you can request a shower aterwards if the oil on your hair is too much for you!
