a lot of spas now seem to offer ayurvedic (traditional indian medicine) treatments. i haven't tried the shirodhara, but did have something called "chakra dhara" in ubud, where warm oil is poured over 4 points on the body, after a hot stone massage performed by 2 therapists. would have been better had the therapists been in time, but was very relaxing, and for the price, i couldn't really complain (around rp 215 000 - they use a lot of oil). the spa - beji ayu - was off momkey forest road, opposite the soccer field. see their website www.bejiayu.com. simple treatment rooms but beautiful spot near the river.
also, balisari spa center in tuban (jl jenggala, not far from balihai) offer something similar. it's a martha tilaar spa and training centre, great prices. had a few massages(rp 70 000 for 90 mins). i don't recommend the indian head massage, however, unless you enjoy being rapped on the head with someones knuckles. sat there for 20 minutes thinking "i'm paying someone to do this." nice clean rooms, large "treatment menu".
or, for something more upmarket you could try prana spa at the villas. would be pricy but magnificent building/treatment rooms - very opulent, over the top. try their website. your sister would love you (and bali) forever.
hope this helps, prices may have changed, was there july last year, but i plan on doing more "research" soon.
