around BUDGET? I know that their prices are ANYTHING BUT BUDGET but that's the line they want to use in their promotion and, although I found service pleasant on the only Domestic Flight I did with them, their International Division is unquestionably BUDGET when it comes to Service and Amenities.

I have guests here at my resort right now who always use Garuda's Executive Class and on this occasion, because of Garuda's reduced services out of Australia had to fly Jetstar - in the "pointed-end" and said that, compared to Garuda Executive, Star Class was unquestionably basic.

What I was getting-at in what I wrote was that, no matter how bad a airline is with respect to its Guest Relations and In-Flight Services, it does NOT need to be "bagged" un-necessarily for something which is basically out of the Airline's control.

Sadly, folk with "axes to grind" latch onto ANY opportunity to vilify and condemn based on their own personal experiences without giving consideration to the subject in question.

Cheers
