Ubud accom with no steps or slopes reqd

I have been asked by a friend to recommend some Bali accom in various areas. The only place I've ever stayed in Ubud is the Tjampuhan, but this hotel has far too many steps and slopes for my friend. He would appreciate suggestions which may suit.

I think Paul would prefer something in traditional style and fairly central. Not budget, perhaps approx US$60/100 per night.
