have stayed there twice,rooms at front and cottages are good but there is a block of rooms hidden around the back that are very small,the pool is good and usually quiet.breakfast very ordinary, we walk to blue ocean beach and choose a restaurant there each morning and have gret breakfast and view for about $4.the hot water sometimes runs out in morning and occasionally the staff forget to do your room but we have spent a total of 8 weeks there and think it is good value, we would stay there again.
