great dealings with Balihai Resort

Hello! My family and I are booked for a Bali holiday from 3 - 13 May 2007. I took the advice of some forumites and contacted Ratna Indah (ratna@balihai-resort.com) from Balihai Resort re: our accommodation needs. The response was fantastic. Ratna was very prompt, helpful and offered us a great deal. Much better than what I received from other similar resorts and on the internet. We are now booked with Balihai for the duration of our stay. Regards, Luke.
