I think it is time people who book with Jetstar take the time to READ to rules and conditions of the flights they have booked. Take responsibility with their visas and just take some personal responsibility.
Yes we have all been spoilt on flying in the past. It is a budget airline, they make no claims to be anything else. If you don't like the budget way of travel find an alternative and spend the extra.
When more budget airlines start flying from AU (eg Tiger and Virgin) you can be sure they will have similar restrictions/restrictions.
They are running as business no a charity.
As for late flights and delays, much prefer faults were found before the plane takes off then discover a fault mid flight. Delays are for a reason, not to annoy the customers.
Meanwhile I am preparing for my 5th Jetstar flight and have no concerns. Got my seat allocation, paid for meals I require on the flights I want to fed on and a good headset to listen to music and watch the movie.
