This is the property at 27 Jl Kajeng. Firstly they did not honour our email booking even though they had confirmed twice our request for 2 rooms close together as we had children with us. The rooms were on different floors And not even had their doors or balcony's close.. It is also VERY BASIC & some would say RUN DOWN. Even to the point that when my son jumped into their swimming pool he sliced a HUGE junk of his heel off on the pool steps & even though bleeding no one at the hotel could offer help. Luckily I had the basic first aid kit that I always take away with us. We checked out one day early the next day as we couldn't even find somewhere to buy a cheap elastic bandage in Ubud. An apotek wanted over $10 for something that was well past it's sell by date. It's amazing what you can do with scissors an a pillowcase when you have to. Sorry to say this left me with a bad karma about Ubud
