Pot of nescafe/bali coffee/tea, fruit salad, 2 slices of white toast, butter, jam, vegemite, 2 eggs anyway you want them. Extras available at a cost i.e bacon, sausages, tomato etc.
This was always plenty for me but maybe not for a hungry man.
I am not a fan of Bali white bread so bought a couple of loaves of heavier wholemeal from Macro & popped them in the freezer. Putu or Made are always happy to cook these for me.
Hope you enjoy it if you stay there. I shall be there early June for 2 weeks so we may cross paths.
