Have stayed at both and as per other comments there is no comparison at present. NDBH while still a lovely hotel is now starting to show it's age, Conrad on the other hand is all shiny and new and is luxury all the way.
And if you like pools then you won't get any better on Bali than the Conrads pool.
If you can afford the Conrad go for it.
