Have stayed here two years ago and are flying out tomorrow staying at Barong again. My wife likes to shop so it is a great location. the service two years ago was fantastic. Friendly, helpful. Pool is not overly big but has a swim up bar and is one depth. Back pool open 24hrs front pool closes of a night. We changed our rooms after one night. 3rd floor, poor drainage and no hair dryer for the wife. Room change was great, ground floor right near massage table. Wouldn't be staying there again if we didn't like it.
