We did ours the lazy way (through a travel agent) and I don't have the exact rate. I know it is dearer this time (April/May) than it was last year in Oct. We got a really good deal for Bali Hai then and I think we paid $95 night for the two of us including breakfasts. The only info I have on my printout from the travel agent is for total accom package which includes:
5 nights at Niksoma - standard room and breakfasts
8 nights at Bali hai - superior room with breakfasts and late checkout ($70 approx) = $1699.11 for the two of us. $1630/13 averages out to about $125 night. I think the nightly rate at Niksoma might have been a bit more than Bali Hai which will distort the figures a bit. Sorry, can't help any more than that. Just a note: In future, after reading all the forum info, I will not pay for a late check out again, will go out earlier to the airport and use the lounges.
