We go to Amed for snorkeling we stay in Amed and hire scooters and just chuck our bags on our backs and stop anywhere we like the look of to snorkel. Have never been asked for money. It's so cool seeing so many beautiful fish and coral and sponges just straight off the beach. We went to Thailand last year and did the snorkeling trip round koh Tao thats so raved about but It was crap compared to Bali so you will have a wicked time we are going in July and I can't wait!
