Flying Piano - Best nights

2 trips ago we went to the flying piano, we had a ball there was a 3 piece band that went from table to table and then Pedro playing the piano.

My Brother went a couple of weeks ago and pedro was not there nor we the 3 piece band.

Can anyone tell me if the band and pedro are there on set nights or is it just luck of the draw?

Only 5 weeks to go now and counting down !!
