Most "casual" restaurants are child friendly, especially if you are eating earlish (6-7pm) We have taken our kids to Bali since they were 5 and 2 and every year or thereabouts for more than 10 years and have never encountered a problem. Even an early sitting at La Lucciolas is fine. We go to Zanzibar, Poco Locos, Papas, loads of restaurants around the Melasti and I'm sure you will be fine - even seen high chairs at ones along the beachfront - turn right at the beach road from back of Melasti and walk 5 mins if that and you'll see what I mean.
