Also bear in mind that the British Authorities have foiled a large number of plots there, so it is happening all over the world. We probably only hear about the tip of the Ice Berg. I beleive that it would be unrealistic for the authorities to name where the potential target may have been. With all the ones in the UK this has been the case.
