cheap accommodation Kuta sq/ tuban area

due to my Bali addiction I need cheap accommodation having already been to visit Bali this year and going again 3 weeks May.
I usually stay Oasis hotel and Kuta beach club but need something much cheaper.
Would like hotel with friendly staff and guests alike, clean room with usual amenties Great pool area, rooms ie hot/cold water,fridge, air cond, TV Satel.comfy bed and very clean.Breakfast included and meals available if needed.
As I am lady on my own so safe area, no dark alleys prefably.
I hope I am not asking for too much, there must be something out there!
