I recall seeing Ida salon in Jl Sahadewa and I think Celebes in Jl Padma Utara advertising waxing. Cant remember the prices.
If you can get it done in Legian, I am sure it will be available in Kuta. (ladies will be handing out pamplets for sure, as you walk the streets)
