I dont believe you can compare the two. The Conrad is very new and apparently very luxurious. We stayed at the Nusa Dua and whilst we didnt have a problem with it, yes it is tired - it was the first hotel to be built in Nusa Dua. We didnt see any kids to speak off, but if it were me I would be going for the newer hotel. All reports I have heard about the Conrad have been rave reviews!
