Hi,
There is a gym in Jl Legian near the corner of Jl Melasti (down the laneway next to La Porchetta) called Ade Rai's Hammerhead Gym. Ithas more body building equipment than cardio equipmet but the personel trainers are really good. Ask for Iwan he charges rp200,000 per hr and gets results really quickly and works you till you experience muscle failure! A daily gym pass will cost you rp25,000. Make sure you book in early for the trainers because they are popular.
