I have the same apprehensions as your husband, but I have sent copies to Mida, because I had an expensive try, to electronically transfer money to Pt WMW Tours. Mida assures me that it is only as a guarantee that you will turn up. Last year we did not have to do it, but I think somebody has done the wrong thing and they were left out of pocket. It is a shame that some people cannot do the right thing, and we all suffer. I really think there is very little risk giving them the information, as they are a reliable company.
