hi we wrapped our bags on last visit there was maybe 4 of us on flight which done it ourselves was'nt available at that time.
it really is'nt necessary use good padlocks and you can also wrap gaf tape around it .thats what i will be doing in september no plastic bali has enough plastic bags etc to get rid of .
