Anyone booked rooms using this site....?

Has anyone used balinesia.com ? The rates seem pretty darn good, a bit cheaper even than Asiarooms. I've never booked without a travel agent before and am a bit wary about a site that noone else has used! So some feedback would be great.

For example: Superior rooms at Rama Beach are being offered for $41 inc breakfast (technically its $33 + $8 tax per night) wheras all the travel brochures i have are quoting at least $70 per night.
