Hey there chickchili,
My reasoning is that the numbers are up but there are hotels from Tuban virtually all the way through to Tanah Lot now. The crowds are just that much more spread out & there are some that will go to Bali but stay away from the crowds in their hotel or in quieter places. Basically what I am saying is the numbers are probably up but you don'y necessarily see it in Kuta/Legian.
